Cleaning with inaudible sound

Insonex - cleaning with inaudible sound

Powered with compressed air.
An Insonex system consisting of a control unit and one or more infrasound emitters. The infrasound emitter consists of a resonance tube, a valve unit, and as an option, a manometer for checking the output. The resonance tube (length about 5 m) is available in either galvanised or stainless steel. All Insonex infrasound emitters feature adjustable frequency for avoiding any natural frequencies in the boiler tubes. The larger the diameter of the resonance tube, the higher the acoustic pressure and the more energy the sound waves produce

Some benefits of Insonex:

  • Always clean heating surfaces
  • Quick return on investments
  • Higher boiler efficiency
  • No wear on tube surfaces
  • Low operating costs
  • Adjustable frequency
  • Easy to install

An MkII control unit is used to control up to eight Insonex devices.
